Gerald S. Nemeth, CA

Gerry graduated from the University of Manitoba in 1968 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He was admitted as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia in 1974. Mr. Nemeth is a founding partner of the firm.

Gerry’s practice areas include individual, corporate, estate and trust taxation, succession and tax planning, and general business advisory services.  He is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation.

Bruce J. Anderson, CA

Bruce graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1978 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.  Mr. Anderson was admitted as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia in 1980.  He joined the firm in 1986 and was admitted as Partner in 1990.

Mr. Anderson’s practice areas include individual, corporate, estate and trust taxation, succession and tax planning, and general business advisory practices.

Craig B. Prenter, CGA

Mr. Prenter was admitted as a member of the Certified General Accountants Association of British Columbia in 1996.  Mr. Prenter joined the firm in 1992 and was admitted as a Principal in 2007.

Mr. Prenter’s practice areas include individual, corporate, estate and trust taxation, succession and tax planning, and general business advisory practices.  He has completed the CICA In-Depth Tax Course and is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation.
